Posted on November 18, 1990

Joseph was walking with a friend near N. 26th Street and W. Nash at about 2:20 a.m. when the two began to argue over the friend’s Notre Dame jacket. During a struggle over the jacket a car pulled up and two suspects got out. The victim’s friend held him down while one of the suspects used a dark revolver to shoot Joseph in the head, causing his death. The three suspects then got into the car and fled northbound. Joseph was 18-years-old.
